- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading technical and policy projects
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 45+ years experience with wildfire risk assessment tools
- 53-5 years background in public utility regulation
- 6Proficiency in AWS services for secure data handling
- 7Expertise in Kubernetes for scalable application deployment
- 8Strong ability to translate technical findings into actionable policy recommendations
- 9Experience with SEC filings and regulatory compliance documentation
