What You'll Do11

  • 1Serve as the Notice of Violation process owner for Electric Compliance Assurance
  • 2Establish governance standards and performance metrics for NOV management
  • 3Identify forecast compliance risks and develop corrective actions
  • 4Lead investigations and manage responses to NOVs related to Electric Incidents
  • 5Coordinate SMEs across the company to align on responses and commitments
  • 6Manage citation responses and track regulatory penalties
  • 7Research precedent NOVs to ensure consistent defensible positions
  • 8Perform complex data extraction and analysis to identify trends
  • 9Analyze regulatory submissions and maintain data integrity
  • 10Present findings to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions
  • 11Travel approximately 10–20% of time for meetings and site visits

Requirements9

  • 1BA/BS Degree in Marketing Business Computer Science Engineering or related field
  • 26 years of related working experience
  • 3Juris Doctor Master of Laws or equivalent experience
  • 4Experience with CPUC GO 95 GO 128 GO 165 GO 174 wildfire compliance electric operations
  • 5Proven ability to research regulatory precedent and maintain consistency
  • 6Demonstrated success presenting complex findings to executives
  • 7Strong project management skills with multi‑priority handling
  • 8Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
  • 9Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
