- 1Manage complex air permitting and compliance assurance programs under NSR PSD Title V and state-level regulations
- 2Conduct regulatory analyses and develop permitting strategies tailored to client operations
- 3Engage with regulators to facilitate permit reviews and approvals
- 4Prepare technical proposals and lead business development initiatives
- 5Build and maintain client relationships that drive repeat business and market growth
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in engineering environmental science or related discipline
- 24+ years of experience in air quality compliance permitting and regulatory programs
- 3Direct consulting or industry experience with regulatory knowledge of local air districts state and federal programs Title V and RECLAIM facilities
- 4Ability to multi-task maintain flexibility travel independently with minimal supervision
- 5Professional certifications (EIT PE CSP CHMM or similar)
