What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary and secondary responder to all inbound phone calls
- 2Maintain demographic information skill sets availability and productivity levels of current staff and contract workers
- 3Assist Intake department by providing staffing solutions for new patient referrals
- 4Accurately complete workflow for scheduling changes caseload reassignments recertification of services new referral scheduling missed visits and visit time exceptions
- 5Support clinical leadership by maintaining daily task workflow
- 6Communicate effectively with staff regarding care coordination and enforce deadlines
- 7Provide insights to identify additional staffing needs
- 8Maintain comprehensive knowledge of contractual staff relationships
- 9Provide on-call services on week nights and weekends
- 10Serve as administrative support for clinical and marketing staff
- 11Ensure compliance with all state federal and Medicare regulatory requirements
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in scheduling and staffing
- 35+ years experience with AWS and React
- 42+ years certification in CPC Card
- 51 year experience with Kubernetes
