Overview
The Staffing Scheduler oversees nursing workforce management ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves coordinating schedules monitoring staffing levels and handling administrative duties related to personnel.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assist in recruiting selection and training of potential employees while meeting staffing needs
- 2Coordinate monitor and adjust nursing department schedules including vacations and holidays
- 3Recommend personnel numbers and levels to the Administrator regarding wages and salary adjustments
- 4Check applications and references arrange interviews and evaluate employee performance
- 5Attend departmental meetings provide on-the-job training and maintain training records
- 6Maintain confidentiality of personnel information per Privacy Act and facility policies
- 7Keep nursing schedules appropriate based on census changes and assist in hiring according to practices
- 8Stay informed about staffing needs during fluctuations and support hiring processes
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Must meet health assessment requirements
- 4Knowledge of computers data entry output
- 5Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team
