- 1Perform scheduling function in streamlined computerized environment applying special instructions to identify procedure type and schedule rooms and equipment
- 2Enter data verify accuracy correct errors print reports as needed
- 3Own scheduling process ensuring efficient operations
- 4Scale scheduling resources based on patient volume
- 5Drive communication between departments and providers
- 6Maintain accurate records of appointments and procedures
- 7Debug scheduling issues and resolve conflicts promptly
- 8Deliver responsive support to administrative teams
- 9Streamline workflow through effective use of technology
- 10Adapt to changing hospital needs and priorities
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons in medical related clerical work
- 3CPC Card preferred
- 4BCBA certification preferred
- 5AWS Certified preferred
- 65+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications
