Overview
The Per Diem Psychologist leads therapeutic services for the Crafting Family Support Program. This role owns per-division clinical delivery while supporting program expansion. Candidates bring expertise in evidence-based interventions for mental health challenges.
What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to create individualized treatment plans
- 2Deliver individual group and family therapy sessions using clinically validated approaches
- 3Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
- 4Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists case managers nurses and other providers to coordinate integrated care
- 5Maintain accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- 6Participate in clinical meetings and develop program materials to enhance service delivery
- 7Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping mechanisms
- 8Contribute to innovation through program development initiatives
- 9Support team objectives within a hybrid work environment
Requirements5
- 1Doctor of Psychology PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology eligible
- 25+ years experience in therapeutic settings
- 3Expertise with Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 4Certification in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 5Strong ability to adapt practices based on patient feedback
