Overview

The Per Diem Psychologist leads therapeutic services for the Crafting Family Support Program. This role owns per-division clinical delivery while supporting program expansion. Candidates bring expertise in evidence-based interventions for mental health challenges.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to create individualized treatment plans
  • 2Deliver individual group and family therapy sessions using clinically validated approaches
  • 3Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • 4Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists case managers nurses and other providers to coordinate integrated care
  • 5Maintain accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and regulatory standards
  • 6Participate in clinical meetings and develop program materials to enhance service delivery
  • 7Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping mechanisms
  • 8Contribute to innovation through program development initiatives
  • 9Support team objectives within a hybrid work environment

Requirements5

  • 1Doctor of Psychology PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology eligible
  • 25+ years experience in therapeutic settings
  • 3Expertise with Python AWS React Kubernetes
  • 4Certification in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
  • 5Strong ability to adapt practices based on patient feedback
