Psychologist, Per Diem | Foundations Behavioral Health
Overview
Deliver psychological assessments and therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across three Lifeworks School System campuses in Pennsylvania. You will join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, educators, and community partners to provide evidence-based, culturally responsive treatment. This per-diem role offers schedule flexibility and direct impact on individuals with autism, depression, and anxiety. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for patients in FBH treatment programs, including cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional evaluations.
- 2Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
- 3Collaborate with teachers, families, and community supports to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- 4Advise other professionals on treatment issues, discharge planning, and case management across the Doylestown, Media, and Levittown campuses.
- 5Document assessment findings and therapy progress in compliance with state regulations and FBH policies.
- 6Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure continuity across services.
- 7Maintain a caseload and schedule that supports per-diem availability while meeting productivity expectations.
- 8Support trauma-informed, culturally responsive care within the therapeutic environment.
Requirements8
- 1Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited program.
- 2PA License in Psychology (active and in good standing).
- 3Experience conducting psychological assessments with children and adolescents, preferred.
- 4Knowledge of evidence-based therapies for autism, depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders.
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- 6Ability to work across multiple campus sites (Doylestown, Media, Levittown) as needed.
- 7Current Respiratory Fit testing or willingness to complete upon hire.
- 8Commitment to ethical practice and cultural humility.
