Overview
We seek a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health team. This role provides high-quality patient-centered psychiatric care. The ideal candidate has telehealth experience and expertise in psychiatric assessment diagnosis and treatment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- 2Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- 3Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring patient progress
- 4Provide psychotherapy and counseling as appropriate
- 5Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate patient care
- 6Maintain accurate timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- 7Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- 8Stay current with best practices and emerging developments in psychiatric care
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active PMHNP license in Massachusetts (required)
- 3Experience providing telehealth psychiatric care (required)
- 4Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- 5Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
- 6Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- 7Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 9Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
