Overview

Pharmacist will support outpatient operations across multiple FQHC clinic pharmacies in the Baltimore area, floating between sites to meet coverage needs. You will oversee technicians, counsel patients, and administer vaccines in a fast paced outpatient setting. You'll collaborate with pharmacy staff, maintain compliance, and contribute to community health at federally qualified health centers. This role offers flexible 1-2 days per week and exposure to diverse clinic environments.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build patient counseling and vaccination workflows across multiple sites to ensure consistent care
  • 2Design and supervise technician workflows to maintain efficient operations and accurate dispensing
  • 3Lead patient counseling on medication use and health concerns to improve outcomes
  • 4Ship vaccines and immunizations following established protocols and safety guidelines
  • 5Own compliance with health and safety screenings and clinic policies across assignments
  • 6Scale throughput by coordinating with site teams to manage high volume periods
  • 7Debug workflow issues in ScriptPro based systems with training provided as needed
  • 8Drive accuracy in dispensing and documentation in outpatient settings
  • 9Provide timely clinical support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • 10Support onboarding and orientation for new locations as assigned

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
  • 2Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high volume settings
  • 3Knowledge of 340B program highly preferred
  • 4Comfortable using ScriptPro software training provided if needed
  • 5Spanish language skills are a significant plus
  • 6Willingness to float among multiple Baltimore area clinics including Highlandtown Belair St Agnes Rosedale and Yard 56
  • 7Per diem schedule averaging 1-2 days per week with day shifts Monday through Saturday
  • 8Immediate start following orientation
  • 9Must be able to pass health screenings and comply with clinic safety protocols
  • 10Current pharmacist license in good standing
