What You'll Do5
- 1Manage pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts, ensuring seamless workflow and compliance with state regulations
- 2Oversee safe prescription fulfillment by enforcing workflow procedures and safety guardrails at every workstation
- 3Coach pharmacy technicians on immunization administration and drive inventory management focusing on cold chain protection
- 4Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve insurance and medication issues while maintaining regulatory compliance
- 5Maintain current clinical skills through required trainings and CMEs to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery
Requirements5
- 1Active Pharmacist License in Maryland and NPI identification
- 2Regular attendance including nights and weekends
- 3Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform precise movements for extended periods
- 4Strong communication skills with active listening and clear verbal/written interaction
- 5Proven experience in fast-paced environments with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly
Salary Insight
$125 - $158k per year
