Overview

Own HRIS strategy end-to-end and scale our People function at pace. Lead implementation adoption and maintenance of the core HRIS platform, manage immigration programs, and build analytics dashboards for leadership. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on turning messy processes into scalable systems. You will collaborate with IT/Engineering, Legal, and Finance to align people operations with company strategy.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain the core HRIS platform end-to-end including data integrity and integrations with payroll benefits SSO provisioning and performance tools
  • 2Lead HRIS implementations and major system redesigns such as org-hierarchy architecture and cross-system field mapping
  • 3Drive adoption through training documentation and change management and manage vendor relationships and contract renewals
  • 4Own the immigration program partner with outside counsel on visa sponsorship extensions and green card processes and track case timelines
  • 5Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for headcount turnover engagement performance and demographics
  • 6Turn survey and systems data into actionable insight and continuously improve data quality and reporting infrastructure
  • 7Own employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding including LMS equipment provisioning and development programs
  • 8Support compensation benefits open enrollment and vendor evaluation
  • 9Lead organizational initiatives such as reorganizations M&A integration or offboarding
  • 10Ensure compliance with multi-state or multi-country employment and immigration regulations

Requirements8

  • 16+ years of People Operations HRIS or HR Systems experience
  • 2hands-on Total Rewards experience including compensation equity benchmarking benefits design and open enrollment
  • 3Direct experience managing employer-sponsored immigration cases with outside counsel
  • 4Strong analytical skills building dashboards and reports (Excel Sheets)
  • 5Deep familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Bob Workday Rippling or similar
  • 6Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance leave administration and benefits administration
  • 7Excellent vendor management and cross-functional project experience with IT Engineering
  • 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
