1:1 pediatric home health care professional will lead care for a single teen with Trach and Vent in Richardson at Pediatric Home Service. What You'll Do10
- 1Build trusting relationships with the patient and family to support safe daily living at home
- 2Provide 1:1 nursing care for a 19 year old with Trach and Vent
- 3Administer medications and manage care plans under supervision
- 4Document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team for timely updates
- 5Maintain equipment safety and respond to emergencies during shifts
- 6Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care across day and night schedules
- 7Follow care protocols and ventilator/trach care procedures
- 8Educate family on care techniques to promote independence
- 9Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- 10Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements10
- 1RN or LVN license in Texas
- 2Willingness to learn ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with hands-on training
- 3Ability to work day or night shifts including 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- 4Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 5Commitment to 1:1 pediatric home health care
- 6Experience preferred but not required in pediatrics
- 7Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Richardson, TX
- 8Health and safety awareness aligned with home health setting
