Pediatric RN/LVN Nurse, Private Duty Home Health in TX
Overview
RN or LVN Pediatric home health nurse role supporting in-home care for Texas patients. You will own skilled nursing tasks at patient homes, collaborating with clinical leadership on care plans and real-time charting. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and deliver skilled nursing per physician orders and care plans with real-time charting
- 2Administer medications, feedings, and treatments in patients' homes according to the plan of care
- 3Maintain professional relationships with patients and families and support coaching of caregivers
- 4Assist clinical leadership during in-home assessments and coordination of care
- 5Provide documentation and reporting to ensure continuity of care across shifts and settings
Requirements5
- 1Current nursing license LVN or RN to practice in Texas
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
- 4Willingness to participate in paid training and demonstrate proficiency prior to assignment
- 5Ability to work in patients' homes and adapt to flexible scheduling
