Pediatric Homecare RN LPN Job in Bergen County NJ
Overview
You'll own 1:1 skilled nursing for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in Bergen County home settings. RN or LPN license required. You'll work day, evening, or overnight shifts with 8, 10, or 12-hour options. This role offers a $1,000 trach/vent bonus, paid training, and 24/7 clinical support. What You'll Do8
- 1Provide patient care per the written plan of care and physician's treatment plan within the first 90 days
- 2Apply sound clinical judgment to manage trach or vent cases, earning the $1,000 bonus
- 3Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers
- 4Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- 5Educate patients and caregivers on care routines and equipment
- 6Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
- 7Collaborate with the care team and attend case meetings
- 8Adapt to flexible scheduling, including day, evening, or overnight shifts
Requirements8
- 1Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- 2Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care
- 3Ability to work full-time or part-time with 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- 4Pass background check and drug screening
- 5CPR certification (required prior to start)
- 61+ years of pediatric or home health experience preferred
- 7Comfort with trach and vent care (paid training provided)
- 8Reliable transportation for home visits
