What You'll Do7
- 1Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and radiographs on pediatric patients, following state regulations.
- 2Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care in a fun, engaging way.
- 3Help children feel comfortable and excited about dental visits using a positive, patient approach.
- 4Build strong relationships with patients and families to ensure a positive experience.
- 5Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements7
- 1Hold a current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in New Jersey.
- 2Hold a current CPR/BLS certification.
- 3Have 0-3+ years of pediatric dental experience, or a strong interest in working with children.
- 4Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- 5Exhibit a warm, patient, and positive personality when interacting with kids of different ages.
- 6Be dependable, professional, and team-oriented in a clinical setting.
- 7Take pride in providing excellent clinical care while making dental visits enjoyable for kids.
