What You'll Do5
- 1Provide expert assessment and treatment of acute injuries and illnesses for pediatric patients via in-person and telemedicine platforms
- 2Perform urgent care procedures such as abscess drainage and suture placement under supervision
- 3Interpret radiographs and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate preliminary readings
- 4Oversee daily operations and patient flow while maintaining adherence to established protocols
- 5Promote a safe and equitable work environment while protecting patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 2 years of independent pediatric clinical experience as an APP or equivalent urgent care/emergency medicine background
- 2Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA certification
- 3Current RN license or NP/PA state license for relevant jurisdictions
- 4Master of Science in Nursing or doctoral-level nursing degree
- 5Ability to think critically and multitask within a fast-paced clinical setting
Salary Insight
$146 - $208k per year
