What You'll Do9
- 1Provide expert assessment and treatment of acute injuries and illnesses for in-person and telemedicine patients
- 2Perform urgent care procedures such as abscess drainage and suture placement
- 3Obtain and interpret radiographs with radiologist over-reads
- 4Oversee daily operations and patient flow for in-person and telemedicine visits
- 5Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams to ensure task completion
- 6Promote safe and equitable work environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- 7Update knowledge through internal training and professional development
- 8Contribute to service recovery efforts and improve efficiency metrics
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal regulations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading pediatric urgent care teams
- 3Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification
- 4Master of Science in Nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing
- 5Minimum 2 years independent pediatric clinical experience as an APP
