You will own final inspection of PCB assemblies using microscopes, halo lights, and GD&T tools in a controlled manufacturing environment. Working under close supervision, you ensure products meet customer and internal quality standards. You will join a small quality team of four in a quiet, controlled environment, reporting to operations leadership. This role stands out for its focus on aerospace and defense standards, with hands-on AS9102 documentation and a clear path to contract-to-hire.

Own visual and dimensional inspection for aerospace machined components at Trigo Group's Los Angeles site. You will perform In-process, Final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102, ensuring compliance with IPC-600 and JSTD-001 standards. You'll work within the Quality Operations team, reporting to Quality Management, and collaborate with the SMS team and external customers. This role stands out with direct involvement in root cause analysis and corrective actions, plus a clear path to impact supplier quality across the aerospace supply chain.

We are looking for a skilled Power Electronics PCBA technician to support rapid prototyping engineering builds and reworks. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring the reliability and quality of our product. You will lead the deployment of the R&D lab processes and drive hands-on assembly test and troubleshooting of new products and product variants through all phases of the engineering lifecycle. Your technical and timely feedback to the engineering team is pivotal to drive product improvements and advancements with specific attention to safety quality and reliability. You will own the PCB coating process for electronic circuit boards, from masking through UV inspection. Your work keeps production lines moving at a high-volume electronics manufacturer in Los Angeles. You will report to the production supervisor and collaborate with a team of assemblers and quality inspectors. You will own final and in-process inspection for BRINC drones, ensuring every unit meets the rigorous standards that public safety agencies rely on. You will partner with Quality, Test, and Design Engineering teams to identify critical-to-quality characteristics and drive corrective actions. Working on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), you will transition to day shift within 4-6 months. This role empowers you to stop defects at the source and improve processes across PCBAs, optics, and mechanical assemblies.
