PBX Operator
Overview
Provide prompt courteous efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls through PBX. Play integral part in assisting with emergencies by contacting designated personnel. Own and Scale systems. Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining positive relations. Bold technology like Spark and Airflow. Work onsite in Miami, Florida. What You'll Do20
- 1Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards
- 2Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- 3Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests and residents
- 4Resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- 5Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- 6Set up work station with necessary supplies and resource materials
- 7Secure headset to console and log onto system
- 8Access all functions of system
- 9Accommodate all telephone beeper and page requests within one minute
- 10Respond to all incoming calls within three rings using proper salutation and closing
- 11Route callers to requested guest or resort personnel/department
- 12Place calls on hold for no longer than fifteen seconds after permission is granted
- 13Monitor busy lines and check back with callers on hold to update status
- 14Take, record and relay messages accurately, completely and legibly
- 15Activate/deactivate guest room message light and distribute messages
- 16Activate voice mail system for each arriving guest upon check-in
- 17Offer callers detailed information on voice mail system
- 18Access system to print guest messages on PBX printer and contact Bell Stand
- 19Accept, record, and deliver wake-up calls
- 20Provide accurate information on resort facilities and services
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2One to two years related experience or equivalent
- 3Excellent customer service skills
- 4Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow
- 5Professional appearance and demeanor
- 6Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- 7Bilingual skills a plus
- 8Acute attention to detail
- 9Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities
- 10Commitment to excellence and high standards
- 11Must speak, read, write, and understand primary language(s) used in workplace
