What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain payroll data with high accuracy and confidentiality, correcting timesheet errors as they arise.
- 2Process personnel changes in Dayforce, ensuring timely updates for all employee records.
- 3Research and resolve tax issues, computing withholding and deductions from gross earnings.
- 4Respond to Verification of Employment requests and run scheduled payroll reports.
- 5Create and update payroll processing manuals, documenting procedures for team consistency.
- 6Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies before escalating, using analytical skills to identify root causes.
- 7Communicate professionally with employees and managers to resolve payroll questions or concerns.
- 8Take on additional tasks as directed by management, adapting to workflow priorities.
- 9Create efficient processes for payroll data handling, reducing manual steps where possible.
Requirements8
- 10-2 years of payroll or related experience, entry level accepted.
- 2BS/BA degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 3Mid-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and correspondence.
- 4Effective interpersonal skills with active listening and clear communication.
- 51+ years of organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- 6Proven analytical skills to interpret data and take appropriate action.
- 7Ability to work without close supervision, showing initiative and ownership.
- 8Strong work ethic and team player mindset, willing to support colleagues.
Salary Insight
