What You'll Do12

  • 1Build and review payroll cycles to ensure on-schedule processing with required approvals
  • 2Process employee changes including onboarding, contractor setup, and separations while keeping data current
  • 3Review timekeeping for completeness, investigate discrepancies, and correct issues affecting pay
  • 4Calculate and enter adjustments such as retroactive earnings and recoveries while adhering to guidelines
  • 5Record supplemental compensation items after confirming authorization and aligning with payroll rules
  • 6Respond to pay related questions with clear guidance and prompt issue resolution
  • 7Prepare payroll and HR audit reports and maintain compliant documentation
  • 8Support timekeepers and system users by granting access and guiding on payroll policies
  • 9Administer garnishments and complete payroll actions for new hires and terminations
  • 10Serve as backup to payroll leadership and assist with system updates and issue resolution
  • 11Demonstrate proficiency with UKG Pro and end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees
  • 12Maintain strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 1UKG experience required
  • 2At least 3 years of payroll experience with end-to-end processing
  • 3Experience processing payroll for a workforce of 500+ employees
  • 4Experience handling garnishments, supplemental earnings, retroactive pay adjustments, and corrections
  • 5Strong working knowledge of payroll auditing, timekeeping review, and maintaining accurate employee data
  • 6Solid understanding of payroll procedures, approvals, and compliance-focused documentation
  • 7Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management
