Overview
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator leads administration of workers compensation program and supports benefits delivery at Presidio Trust. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits in San Francisco Bay Area. Candidate will manage OWCP and coordinate payroll processes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead administration of Office of Workers’ Compensation Program (OWCP) and ensure compliance with DOL requirements
- 2Serve as ECOMP system administrator for injury claims management
- 3Coordinate workers’ compensation case tracking and Continuation of Pay processes
- 4Support payroll processing in Quicktime and personnel actions in FPPS
- 5Maintain employee data in Oracle for new hires and labor cost allocations
- 6Conduct benefits orientations and support retirement processing and wellness initiatives
- 7Administer employee programs including Commuter Benefits and PSLF requests
- 8Manage official personnel records and serve as eOPF indexer
- 9Act as liaison with external agencies like Equifax and OWCP vendors
- 10Produce workforce data reports using OBIEE for audits and decision-making
- 11Provide customer service while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years progressive HR and payroll experience
- 2Knowledge of automated HR and payroll systems
- 3Working knowledge of workers compensation processes
- 4Ability to collaborate and solve problems in fast-paced environment
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Teams
- 6Demonstrated emotional intelligence and cultural humility
- 7Exceptional judgment and discretion with confidential information
- 8Optimistic attitude with commitment to customer service
- 9Background check clearance required
- 10Experience with Federal HR systems and workers compensation laws
