Payroll Associate, SAP ECP & HR Operations
Overview
Own end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce using SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Support the HR Operations Payroll team in a hybrid NYC setting, collaborating with internal stakeholders and overseeing outsourced tasks. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise payroll systems and process optimization.
What You'll Do5
- 1Process payroll cycles using SAP ECP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 2Audit payroll inputs, including time, benefits, and deductions, within the system.
- 3Resolve payroll discrepancies by partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors.
- 4Document and refine payroll procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- 5Support year-end activities, including W-2 processing and reconciliation.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably with SAP or ECP.
- 2Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- 3Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- 4Ability to work hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote, Tue-Thu onsite).
- 5Experience with HRIS systems and MS Excel.
Salary Insight
$30 - $33k per year
