Patriot Sustainment Program Integrator - COMLOG
Overview
The role integrates technical leadership and program management for the COMLOG and German Patriot Sustainment Program. Responsibilities include establishing battle rhythms and driving proposal development. This position differs by offering direct customer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration across global partners.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support successful execution of the program and establish program cadence
- 2Coordinate program reviews and coordinate internal handoffs
- 3Drive proposal development for new contracts and manage program‑level processes
- 4Partner with customers on scope execution and issue resolution
- 5Collaborate across IPTs and CPTs to build relationships with functional teams
- 6Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions
- 7Directly support program risk and opportunity processes aligned with financial goals
- 8Prepare for and participate in domestic and international customer visits
- 9Maintain active DoD Secret security clearance required after day one
- 10Assist with proposal development from kickoff through contract award
- 11Support customer program reviews and readiness for site visits
Requirements10
- 1University degree or equivalent experience plus 8 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years experience
- 2Active DoD Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship
- 3Program Management Level 6 certification or ability to achieve within 12 months
- 4Strong understanding of Global Trade requirements and foreign military sales processes
- 5Prior experience with Patriot programs and interaction with USG contracting agencies
- 6Experience with cross‑functional teams including engineering contracts finance logistics and quality management
- 7Familiarity with financial analysis tools and project management systems
- 8Ability to travel domestically and internationally for program reviews and stakeholder meetings
- 9Knowledge of FMS and Direct Commercial Sales contract handling
- 10Preference for candidates demonstrating strong communication and diplomatic skills
