- 1Greet and register patients in a friendly service-oriented manner
- 2Verify insurance and patient information and collect signatures and documentation
- 3Log and collect co-pays and fees
- 4Answer, transfer, and triage incoming calls
- 5Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes
- 6Provide patient orientation for prep and safety protocols and directions as needed
- 7Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care
- 8Safeguard patient property and health information in compliance with policies
- 9Maintain professional behavior and respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities

Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
