- 3Generate daily payment activity reports for assigned accounts
- 4Identify recurring problems affecting reimbursement timelines
- 5Interact with management peers internal and external stakeholders to resolve claim lifecycle issues
- 6Complete accounting transactions through adjustment charge correction and payment transfer forms
- 7Maintain denial reports and flag discrepancies per departmental guidelines
- 8Ensure complete documentation of all account activities
- 9Process correspondence requests for assigned accounts
- 10Update financial class to patient liability after insurance processing
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or state equivalency minimum
- 2Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting Finance Business Administration preferred
- 35+ years experience in hospital or physician office patient accounts
- 4Proficiency with AWS Certified solutions
- 5Certification in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified Kubernetes
