What You'll Do7
- 1Assist customers in identifying, locating, and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs
- 2Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure product availability and easy access
- 3Utilize POS Point of Sale systems to process sales transactions accurately while handling cash credit card payments and receipts with professionalism
- 4Provide technical guidance on vehicle maintenance automotive repair procedures and vehicle systems to enhance customer understanding
- 5Build strong customer relationships through effective communication product knowledge sharing and personalized service to foster loyalty
- 6Collaborate with the sales team to manage order fulfillment efficiently
- 7Maintain a clean organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all parts are properly labeled and stored
Requirements5
- 1Previous dealership experience or retail sales background in automotive parts or accessories is highly preferred
- 2Experience with inventory management systems
- 3Excellent communication skills in multiple languages bilingual multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
- 4Demonstrated ability in negotiation customer relationship building and sales management to drive business growth
- 5Familiarity with POS systems cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transaction processing
