What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain productive long lasting relationships with existing customers
- 2Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth
- 3Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- 4Locate hard to find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals
- 5Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed
- 6Track lost sales and promote company specials
- 7Assist colleagues when needed and foster new sales opportunities
- 8Fulfill customer orders from installers fleets municipalities and car dealerships
- 9Maintain and promote workplace safety
- 10Secure and transfer cash or other assets
- 11Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market
- 2Preference for wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket industry
- 3Excellent phone skills with a positive enthusiastic and attentive tone
- 4Existing customer base is a plus
- 5Strong organizational and time management skills
- 6Ability to act and operate independently
- 7Dynamic personality with a can do attitude and tenacity
- 8Knowledge of POS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
- 9Multi lingual ability in Spanish or Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese
- 10Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals
