What You'll Do9
- 1Greet walk-in customers and identify the parts they need for their vehicles, using computer lookup tools.
- 2Close sales at the cash register, process cash and card payments, and give correct change.
- 3Answer customer questions over the phone about parts availability, pricing, and store hours.
- 4Keep the front counter and sales floor clean and organized to maintain a professional look.
- 5Weigh and count parts for distribution to ensure they match company standards.
- 6Enter sales and inventory records into the computer system accurately.
- 7Prepare parts for shipment by boxing, labeling, and arranging carrier pickup.
- 8Stock shelves and pull parts from the warehouse when needed to fulfill orders.
- 9Assist the warehouse team with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED.
- 21-2 years working in a retail or customer service environment.
- 3Demonstrated ability to deliver superb customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
- 5Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- 6Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
