Overview
Counter Sales Person at Norwood Auto Parts #251. You will own the customer service counter for a full-time role, assisting buyers with product selection, processing cashier transactions, and managing special orders. - 4Conduct cashier transactions accurately, handling payments and receipts.
- 5Restock merchandise and maintain inventory displays to keep the counter organized.
- 6Assist the store manager with general operations, including administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- 7Perform customer deliveries using a company vehicle, upholding safe driving practices.
Requirements7
- 1Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems is required.
- 2Basic computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 3Experience with cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus.
- 4Effective interpersonal and customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- 5Ability to manually handle and carry items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- 6Valid driver's license with an MVR that meets company requirements.
- 7Interest in working in a team-oriented environment; bilingual is a plus.
