What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer and identify their part needs using counter systems and catalogs.
- 2Complete sales transactions accurately on computer cash systems and process returns without hassle.
- 3Follow up with customers to confirm part fit and delivery status.
- 4Maintain store appearance: keep shelves stocked, clean, and organized.
- 5Train less experienced team members on product knowledge and service standards.
- 6Work with the delivery system to ensure top-notch service and notify management of any issues.
- 7Monitor local competition and report pricing or product gaps to management.
- 8Drive a backup delivery vehicle when needed, maintaining a clean driving record.
Requirements7
- 1Valid driver's license with no major violations and only one minor violation in the last 3 years.
- 2At least 18 years old and able to pass a physical and drug screen.
- 3Lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms.
- 4Open availability including weekends and willingness to drive as backup.
- 5Preferred experience in automotive car care or parts sales.
- 6Interest in continuous education in auto care and advancing into a supervisory role.
- 7Strong communication skills for customer follow-up and team training.
