What You'll Do9
- 1Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone
- 2Use parts knowledge to assist team members in answering customer questions

Requirements8
- 1Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED
- 2Previous parts store or automotive industry experience or strong willingness to learn automotive fundamentals
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Ability to thrive in fast‑paced retail settings with strong listening skills and empathy
- 5Background in automotive parts, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel or marine environments
- 6Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems
- 7ASE certification preferred but not required
- 8Strong commitment to customer‑centric service philosophy
