Parts Clerk, RV Parts & Inventory Management
Overview
You own parts inventory and customer support at Fun Town RV, a 36-location RV chain. You pull orders, advise customers, and keep the service department moving. You work with inventory management software and coordinate with parts managers. This role stands out for its growth potential within the largest RV chain in Texas.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers in person and by phone, using inventory software to check stock and provide accurate quotes.
- 2Pull and fulfill parts orders from warehouse shelves for retail and service teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- 3Process transactions and special orders, then notify customers and technicians when parts arrive.
- 4Monitor and restock inventory, flagging low-stock items and expediting back-orders to avoid delays.
- 5Transport parts between departments, stores, and vendors using company vehicles when assigned.
- 6Assist with cycle counts and keep the parts area organized and safe.
- 7Support the team with clean store standards and deliver exceptional service on every shift.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in parts or retail inventory roles, with customer service experience.
- 2Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.
- 3Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- 4Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 5Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 6Ability to work weekends as required.
- 7Valid driver's license for assigned driving duties.
