RV Detailer, Camping World Dallas
Overview
As an RV Detailer at Camping World, you own the cleanliness and presentation of recreational vehicles for customer purchase and showroom display. You work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of service professionals dedicated to delivering a pristine product. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license. You'll cross-train on other duties, including forklift operation, and contribute to a safe, organized workspace.
What You'll Do8
- 1Clean RVs inside and out, including washing, waxing, and detailing exterior surfaces.
- 2Prep RVs for customer purchase and showroom floor, ensuring showroom-ready condition.
- 3Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to management.
- 4Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols.
- 5Operate cleaning equipment and tools, including pressure washers and buffers.
- 6Cross-train on other duties such as driving forklifts or assisting with inventory.
- 7Handle chemicals and cleaning agents safely, adhering to product guidelines.
- 8Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team goals.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Housekeeping or car detailing experience preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license required.
- 4Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- 5Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
- 6Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
- 7Comfort with heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment.
- 8Ability to work in varying conditions: heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
