What You'll Do6
- 1Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repairs or replacements
- 2Perform electrical plumbing carpentry and appliance maintenance
- 3Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- 4Keep supervisors apprised of work progress
- 5Ensure final work meets quality standards and passes supervisor inspection
- 6Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
Requirements10
- 1Certification from college or technical school in trade field such as HVAC Electrical Plumbing Maintenance is helpful but not required
- 2Minimum one year of service technician experience or related fields preferred
- 3RVIA certification helpful but not required
- 4Exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment
- 5Potential exposure to environmental conditions including heat cold humidity noise dust and wetness
- 6Prolonged periods of standing stooping crawling and bending
- 7Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices
- 8Valid driver's license preferred
- 9Willingness to work onsite in Houston Texas
- 10Self-motivated individual with strong problem solving skills
