What You'll Do12
- 1Review and dispatch service orders to qualified vendors based on geographic coverage capabilities and customer requirements
- 2Ensure vendors acknowledge assignments and meet service expectations and timelines
- 3Maintain communication with vendors about scheduling service expectations and issue resolution
- 4Build relationships with vendor partners and identify coverage gaps for recruitment onboarding
- 5Assist with vendor qualification by collecting licensing insurance certifications and other documentation
- 6Negotiate pricing and service terms to align with company objectives
- 7Monitor vendor responsiveness performance and service quality while communicating concerns to leadership
- 8Prepare issue resolution vendor escalations and support customer escalations
- 9Maintain accurate vendor records and activity within company systems
- 10Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper assignment and documentation of service orders
- 11Research vendor markets to improve coverage performance and pricing
- 12Support vendor issue resolution and operational challenges as assigned
Requirements3
- 1High School Diploma or GED required with one to three years experience in dispatching procurement vendor management or related fields
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP CRM dispatching or work order management systems
- 3Strong communication organization time management problem solving attention to detail adaptability teamwork accountability
