Participant Services Specialist Stock Plan Support
Overview
Own the participant experience by handling inbound calls and guiding stock plan participants through transactions and plan education. You will learn financial services basics during paid training and earn licenses such as SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63. - 3Handle inbound calls with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction
- 4Collaborate with teammates during training to develop foundational financial services knowledge
- 5Drive positive outcomes by applying feedback from coaching to improve service quality
- 6Support ongoing process improvements to streamline participant interactions during peak periods
Requirements7
- 1customer service or client relationship experience
- 2Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3Genuine passion for helping clients and creating positive experiences
- 4Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and build trust
- 5Openness to feedback with a growth mindset
- 6Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM during training
- 7Flexibility to work various shifts after training, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET
