Financial Service Professional, Customer Support & Licensing Track
Overview
Own critical client interactions in a structured inbound contact center at scale, supporting advisors and investors on a range of topics from simple balance inquiries to complex financial transactions. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on accuracy, courtesy, and timely resolutions. Training spans up to 20 weeks onsite with ongoing development and potential licensing opportunities. This role uniquely combines customer service with growth in financial services and licensing paths.
What You'll Do6

Requirements6
- 11-3 years of customer service experience
- 2Possess or obtain the Securities Industry Essentials SIE certification
- 3High School diploma or equivalent
- 4General computer savviness and ability to navigate multiple applications
- 5Willingness to be onsite during training and hybrid role consideration
- 6Call Center or financial services experience preferred
