What You'll Do7
- 1Program and prepare HST devices per clinical protocols to ensure accurate diagnostics.
- 2Teach patients device setup, including application, troubleshooting, and return expectations.
- 3Upload and review study data, escalating unscorable or incomplete studies per workflow.
- 4Clean, disinfect, recharge, and inventory HST devices and supplies, maintaining readiness.
- 5Drive down unreturned device rates through patient follow-up and documentation.
- 6Document all interactions in the EMR platform, capturing device and patient details.
- 7Support quality assurance initiatives within the HST Program, ensuring compliance.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ year experience in a customer service, clinical, or patient-facing role.
- 3Strong verbal communication and patient education skills.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- 5Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a professional demeanor.
- 6Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently or as part of a team.
- 7Proven reliability in meeting daily targets.
