Overview

Provides treatment and management of sleep and wake disorders through diagnostic testing and patient care. Analyzes physiologic data during sleep and wakefulness to support treatment of sleep-related conditions. Uses oxygen therapy and positive airway pressure modalities including CPAP and bilevel options. Maintains airways without extending into the trachea.   • 1Conduct sleep studies and monitor patient data throughout sleep and wake periods
  • 2Apply therapeutic interventions using advanced respiratory support technologies
  • 3Maintain accurate records and analyze polysomnographic findings
  • 4Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans
  • 5Ensure proper airway management techniques are applied correctly
  • 6Train new staff on standardized assessment procedures
  • 7Implement quality control measures for diagnostic equipment

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading clinical research initiatives
  • 3Medical Board of California certification for PSGT licensing
  • 4Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from California Board of Behavioral Health Services
  • 5Basic computer proficiency required for electronic health records
  • 6Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • 7Experience performing full polysomnographic studies
  • 8Knowledge of sleep physiology neurology and medical electronics
  • 9Familiarity with pulmonology and neurology principles
  • 10Understanding of sleep pharmacology concepts
  • 11Ability to work flexible night shifts with variable scheduling
