Part-Time Insurance Quoting Specialist

What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare 1015 complete household insurance quotes during each shift
- 2Produce 2030+ household quotes per week meeting agency goals
- 3Enter customer information accurately into multiple insurance systems
- 4Review reports and verify information needed for accurate quoting
- 5Compare coverage options ensuring completeness before assigning quotes
- 6Maintain organized customer records within the agency CRM
- 7Assist with administrative and quoting projects as needed
- 8Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- 9Process policy changes payments and customer service requests
- 10Gather customer information and prepare insurance quotes
- 11Follow up with customers and return calls promptly
Requirements8
- 1Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 2Excellent computer data entry and typing skills
- 3Organized and able to multitask efficiently
- 4Dependent punctual self-motivated positive attitude with team-first mentality
- 5Comfortable learning new software and technology
- 6Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- 7Property and Casualty insurance license preferred
- 8Must obtain required license within 90 days of hire
