Overview
State Farm seeks a motivated coachable individual to join our Chicago North Side agency as a part-time in-office agent member. This role involves promoting insurance products and managing lead generation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products and services
- 2Identify qualify and document leads by gathering relevant information
- 3Follow up on leads from campaigns and referrals and schedule appointments for licensed team members
- 4Provide basic information and answer general questions about insurance options
- 5Maintain and update a CRM database of prospects and customer interactions
- 6Follow all State Farm compliance and communication guidelines
- 7Submit regular reports on call activity lead generation and appointments
- 8Obtain required insurance licenses ASAP if not currently licensed
- 9Utilize CRM tools and data entry effectively
- 10Communicate clearly both written and verbally
- 11Stay current on State Farm product updates

- 1Insurance license preferred but can be obtained quickly
- 2Ability to work Monday Friday daytime hours
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
