Part-Time F&B Specialist, Bartender at Chief
Overview
Lead member-facing food and beverage service at Chief Clubhouses with a focus on warmth, consistency, and professional hospitality for senior women leaders. You’ll work 20-25 hours per week onsite in San Francisco, collaborating with the Clubhouse Manager to maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance. This role blends guest experience with operational standards to support the Chief mission.
What You'll Do13
- 1Prepare and serve food and beverages including specialty coffees, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to members
- 2Assist members with orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- 3Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings including allergens and presentation
- 4Conduct inventory of bar and kitchen supplies ensuring proper stock levels
- 5Track costs, waste, and update POS systems with menu changes and reports
- 6Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager to manage purchasing and inventory
- 7Assist with food preparations and plating for daily and event menus
- 8Ensure compliance with DOH and company sanitation standards
- 9Label and store products following FIFO and DOH regulations
- 10Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of bar and kitchen areas
- 11Support dishwashing, trash disposal, and overall kitchen organization
- 12Participate in improvement projects and problem-solving initiatives
- 13Implement cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining quality
