What You'll Do10
- 1Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during evening service hours
- 2Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps
- 3Operate Butler Plus field app for timekeeping check-in/out and reporting
- 4Transport collected waste using provided open-bed pickup truck or cart
- 5Dispose of waste in on-site dumpsters compactors or chute rooms
- 6Provide additional services such as porter duties bulk hauling and pressure washing
- 7Maintain clear communication with supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- 8Work quietly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- 9Climb stairs in apartment buildings as needed
- 10Own or operate an open-bed pickup truck and maintain valid driver’s license
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education level
- 2Ability to lift up to 25 pounds using hands and arms repetitively
- 3Physical stamina to climb stairs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 4Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 5Smartphone capable of running company applications
