What You'll Do7
- 1Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection ensuring satisfactory service
- 2Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps
- 3Utilize Butler Plus field app for efficient timekeeping check-in/out and reporting
- 4Safely transport collected waste using open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site dumpsters
- 5Provide additional services such as porter duties bulk hauling and pressure washing
- 6Maintain daily communication with supervisors to ensure streamlined workflow
- 7Work quietly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weather conditions
Requirements7
- 1Own an open bed pickup truck required at most properties
- 2Possess valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name
- 3Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently
- 4Have high school diploma or equivalent education
- 5Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings
- 6Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
- 7Communicate effectively via smartphone to download and use company app
