What You'll Do7
- 1Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during evening service hours
- 2Use assigned trash tote or cart to bag and transport resident trash to on‑site dumpsters
- 3Operate Butler Plus’s field app for accurate timekeeping check‑in/out and reporting
- 4Transport collected waste using provided open‑bed pickup truck or cart to designated disposal areas
- 5Perform supplemental tasks such as porter service bulk hauling pet station waste removal and pressure washing
- 6Maintain clear communication with supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- 7Adhere to company core values while delivering quiet respectful service to residents
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings
- 3Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as authorized driver
- 4Own an open‑bed pickup truck required for most assignments
- 5Reliable cell phone for downloading and using the company mobile application
- 6Self‑motivated independent worker comfortable working autonomously
