What You'll Do7
- 1Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during evening service hours
- 2Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps
- 3Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping check-in/out and reporting
- 4Transport collected waste using open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site dumpsters
- 5Perform additional services such as porter duties bulk hauling and pressure washing
- 6Maintain clear communication with supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- 7Adhere to company core values while working quietly and efficiently
Requirements8
- 1Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively
- 2Climb stairs in apartment buildings
- 3Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- 4Own an open bed pickup truck or have authorized driver status
- 5Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 6Have a smartphone to download and use company applications
- 7Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
- 8Work independently without sacrificing service quality
