Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5 years supervision municipal parks ground maintenance
- 2Valid Arizona Driver's License two years good record
- 3Playground Equipment and Safety certification CPR certification First Aid certification Structural Pest Control license
- 4Knowledge of vocational administrative or technical nature associate degree diploma or equivalent
- 5Ability to read reports memos bids blueprints manuals correspondence
- 6Perform general math calculations basic calibrations for chemical applications
- 7Correspond via writing reports emails memos letters requisitions employee evaluations
- 8Manage and supervise all Parks Division employees input on hiring disciplinary actions goal setting evaluations
- 9Extensive knowledge of grounds facilities maintenance turf irrigation buildings electrical mechanical safety budgets customer service
- 10Exercise initiative analytical judgment decisiveness creativity evaluating information against sensory criteria
- 11Contact internal and external parties for decision making approvals vendor information
