What You'll Do9

Requirements10
- 1Pass background check and drug screening as required
- 2Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle for transportation duties
- 3Bachelor’s degree in human services psychology or related field with 5+ years experience
- 4Paraprofessional certification or equivalent experience in child welfare settings
- 5Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency preferred
- 6Experience with DFCS programs and knowledge of Georgia family services regulations
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Flexibility to accommodate evening weekend and daytime schedules
